On April 10, the members of China University of mining and technology of Jiusan Society held a symposium on "Tongxin Institute overcome the difficulties together", which was held in the form of Tencent conference. More than 20 representatives of members in various fields from the primary Committee of the University of mines, inside and outside the University, were invited to tell the story of "war epidemic" of the University of mines, listen to the voice of the most beautiful rebels, appreciate the responsibilities of private entrepreneurs, and share the perseverance in teaching and scientific research posts. The meeting was presided over by Zhang Lanmao, the chairman of the Mining Committee of Jiusan Society. Ge Lin, the full-time deputy chairman of Xuzhou Municipal Committee of Jiusan Society, and Liu Jingli, the head of the United Front Department of the University Party committee were invited to attend the meeting.
The symposium was delivered by GE Lin, the full-time deputy chairman of Xuzhou Municipal Committee of the Jiu San Society. Ge gave a high affirmation to the activities and achievements of the Mining Committee during the epidemic, saying that the Mining Committee in the special period reflected the high sense of mission, responsibility and cohesion of the democratic parties, and became an enterprising force to fight against the epidemic.
At the first stage of the symposium, Dr. Wang Jiajia, a member of Jiusan Society and deputy director of psychological consultation and treatment center of Xuzhou Oriental people's Hospital, was invited to share his personal experience of first-line assistance in the epidemic. During the outbreak, Dr. Wang Jiajia assisted Wuhan East and West Lake shelter hospital. His original "retrograde figure" was adopted by the learning power and the center of Jiu San Society.
Later, two private entrepreneurs on behalf of chairman Wang Mingjiang and chairman Dou Bo told the story of their own and their enterprises growing up in the epidemic. Wang Mingjiang, a member of the mining university committee, donated 1 million yuan of materials during the epidemic, reflecting the feelings and responsibilities of private entrepreneurs. Chairman Dou Bo pointed out that private enterprises encountered difficulties during the epidemic period, which provided ideas and directions for the committee to participate in political discussion and proposal writing.
The second stage of the symposium is for members of teaching, scientific research and logistics units to share their own stories of the epidemic. Professor Wu Shenglin of the school of resources and Geosciences thinks that the online teaching has expanded the teaching means and enriched the teaching mode, which is a kind of ability exercise and level improvement for both students and teachers; Mr. Xu BIHONG of the school of physical education introduces the online teaching mode of physical education, and also puts forward the existing problems and solutions for the online teaching of technical courses; Professor Liu Shenglin of the school of mechanical and electrical engineering Xinhua described the work experience of continuous scientific research during the epidemic, saying that the epidemic will not stop its scientific research process, but more inspire its determination to seek answers from science; Yang Zaiming, director of the public teaching service center, told us the latest situation of the public education service system in response to the epidemic, and members of the school stepped back into the classroom and faced students after returning to school The meeting was full of expectation; MI Jinke, deputy director of the general affairs department of the University, talked about the situation that the general affairs department focused on "nine precisions" during the epidemic and did a solid job in the logistics support of epidemic prevention and control; fan Yuhong, deputy research librarian of the University Library, introduced the specific situation of the library's contactless book lending service and the book promotion activity of "attacking poison by reading"; finally, the retired members represented Cao Wei, Wang Qi and Fu Shunling respectively I shared my home life and volunteer service during the epidemic, saying that the epidemic has made us stronger and more proud that I am a Chinese.
At the end of the symposium, Liu Jingli, director of the United Front Department of the University, congratulated the conference on its success. She said that the new crown epidemic was a crisis and a test. The more special the period, the more "teachers" of university teachers should be shown. During the epidemic period, each of us in the field of teaching and scientific research should become a strong fortress, each of us should shoulder the responsibility of teaching and educating people, and sticking to our posts is our greatest contribution to the epidemic.
