According to the selection method of teaching contribution award of China University of mining and Technology (zmdgz [2017] No. 7), the university organizes the selection of 2020 teaching contribution award and teaching Rookie Award. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Selection object
Adhere to the correct political direction, be loyal to the party's education cause, love the post and work hard, be a teacher, teach and educate people, insist on Teaching for undergraduates, full of teaching workload, good teaching effect, excellent teaching evaluation, full-time engaged in undergraduate teaching in China University of mining and technology.
2、 Application conditions, selection procedures and reward methods
1. Teachers selected for outstanding teaching contribution award shall have been engaged in undergraduate teaching in China University of mining and technology for at least 10 years (come to the University before January 1, 2010). From September 1, 2014 to August 30, 2019, the average teaching workload of basic course teachers is no less than 128 hours per academic year, and the average teaching workload of professional course teachers is no less than 96 hours per academic year, so the teaching evaluation is excellent; meanwhile, the recognized outstanding teaching achievements have been achieved during this period. 2. The teachers selected for teaching contribution award shall have been engaged in undergraduate teaching in China University of mining and technology for at least 5 years (come to the University before January 1, 2015). From September 1, 2014 to August 30, 2019, the average teaching workload of basic course teachers is no less than 128 hours per academic year, and the average teaching workload of professional course teachers is no less than 96 hours per academic year, so the teaching evaluation is excellent; meanwhile, outstanding teaching achievements have been achieved during this period. 3. The teachers selected for the teaching Rookie Award shall be engaged in undergraduate teaching in China University of mining and technology for no less than 5 years (before January 1, 2015), and shall be no more than 40 years old (born after January 1, 1980). From September 1, 2015 to August 30, 2019, each academic year independently undertakes one or more undergraduate courses, with classroom teaching workload of 32 or more actual learning hours, excellent teaching evaluation; actively undertakes the task of teaching reform, and obtains awards for excellent and above teaching competitions. 4. The selection procedures include individual application, college review, material display, preliminary review of Academic Committee, network selection, communication review, meeting review, publicity, etc. 5. The school finally selects two outstanding teaching contribution awards from full-time teaching teachers, each of which will be rewarded with 100000 yuan; five teaching contribution awards, each of which will be rewarded with 50000 yuan; five teaching rookie awards, each of which will be rewarded with 20000 yuan. 6. 3、 Material requirements to be submitted
1. Application form of 2020 teaching contribution award of China University of mining and Technology (Annex 2) or application form of 2020 teaching Rookie Award of China University of mining and Technology (Annex 3), paper materials in quintuplicate, word electronic document, e-document name example: application form of mining - Zhang San teaching Contribution Award / teaching Rookie Award. 2. Application summary form of 2020 teaching contribution award of China University of mining and Technology (Annex 4) or application summary form of 2020 teaching Rookie Award of China University of mining and Technology (Annex 5), paper material in one copy, Excel electronic document, e-document name example: summary form of mining teaching Contribution Award / teaching Rookie Award, summarized and submitted by the college. 3. Achievements and awards of educational reform, including three kinds of supporting materials, i.e. "compilation and publication of teaching materials", "public publication of papers on educational reform" and "various kinds of teaching awards obtained", one set of original and one set of duplicate. The submitted materials shall be separately packed into different data bags according to the original (no need to pack for compiling and publishing textbooks, and return on the same day) and the copies. At the same time, the name of the college and the teacher and the list of materials shall be written on the cover of the data bag. Among them: (1) the copy of "compilation and publication of teaching materials" only needs to copy the front and back cover, the "book cataloguing data" page and the page where the editorial committee is located. After the copy is compared with the original, the original is returned on the spot; (2) the copy of "publication of teaching reform papers" needs to copy the cover, the directory page where the article is located (please mark out the line where the article title is located) My article; this item only provides the thesis of teaching reform that I am the first author; (3) "all kinds of teaching awards obtained" only needs to provide supporting materials of school level and above awards. 4. Submit a PDF electronic file of application form, teaching reform results and awards, with the size limited to 8m. For example, name of electronic file: Mining - Zhang San teaching Contribution Award / teaching Rookie Award - application form + supporting materials. 5. In recent one year, I have one 2-inch bareheaded front electronic photo (photo is less than 15K, JPG format) and one personal life electronic photo (size ratio 3:4, less than 50K, JPG format) respectively. Examples of electronic document name: Mining - three front faces, mining - three life. 6. Please collect and sort out the above materials, and submit the paper materials to the teaching and Research Management Office (room a111, administrative building) before May 12, 2020, and send the electronic documents to zxguo@cumt.edu.cn, which will not be accepted if it is overdue. Seven At the same time, please log in to the teaching and research system of the Ministry of Education Affairs (website: http://202.119.206.117:8086/) between 0:00 on April 27 and 24:00 on May 11 for online application (the initial password is the last six digits of the ID card), and upload item 1 and item 4 of the materials to be submitted (application form, teaching reform achievements and awards PDF file, and the name of the electronic file is modified to: teaching staff no.pdf ）5. Special reminder: the data in the teaching and research system shall prevail in the online evaluation. Please make sure that the data in the teaching and research system is consistent with the paper materials and summary data.
4、 Notes
1. The college recommends candidates according to the requirements of the school's notice and documents, reviews the qualifications of applicants according to the application conditions, and there is no limit on the number of applicants. 2. Teachers who have won the teaching outstanding contribution award will not participate in the selection within 5 years; teachers who have won the teaching contribution award will not participate in the selection of the teaching contribution award within 5 years, but can apply for the teaching outstanding contribution award after 2 years; teachers who have won the teaching rookie award will not participate in the selection of the teaching Rookie Award, but can apply for the selection of the teaching contribution award and the teaching outstanding contribution award after 5 years. 3. Once all the application materials are submitted to the academic affairs department, they shall not be changed in any form. 4. The voting time of online selection will be notified separately.
