In the past two years, "Silk Road dreamta" has adhered to the problem orientation and actively explored, forming the "four ones" optimization project. Establish a team to build a caring, capable and resourceful education team; establish a main line to cultivate the ideal and belief of national students; form a standard to adhere to the high standard of education, stimulate the internal potential and build the core competitiveness of national students; cultivate a loving heart to warm the spiritual world of national students.
We should attach importance to the training of Party members among ethnic students. The studio teachers take the initiative to serve as the party introducer for ethnic students, strive for Party building policies for ethnic students from higher organizations, select and cultivate outstanding ethnic students' models, play a leading role in demonstration, and strengthen the ideal and faith of ethnic students following the party and the learning aspirations of pursuing dreams in Jiangnan. Up to now, the studio tutors have participated in the education and training of 9 ethnic undergraduate Party members.
We will improve the motivation for the active growth of ethnic students. The appointment conversation system in the studio makes students change from passive to active, which shortens the spiritual distance between teachers and students. The main task of education is to stimulate the endogenous power, supplemented by external help, to guide the national students to face up to their own limitations, explore their own potential, and demarcate the goal and direction of their efforts without difference. In the past two years, the enrollment rate of ethnic graduate students in our college has gradually increased. In 2019, the success rate of postgraduate entrance examination accounts for 50% of the current Xinjiang minority people's livelihood.
University time of Wenrun ethnic students. The studio adheres to the caring path of "going out" and "bringing in", leads ethnic students to "go out" to participate in social practice and cultural activities, "bringing in" resources jointly built by the military rest Institute, and provides material help for ethnic students. In the past two years, "Silk Road dream" has been focusing on "Building Morality and cultivating talents", and has developed two-way online and offline education mechanism around the problems of ethnic students in academic development, career planning, ability development, psychological construction, etc.
Online drainage and offline arrival. "Silk Road dream" is embedded in the form of combining the online WeChat official account and the theme education activities under the line. It is embedded in the training objectives of diligence, diligence, immersion, optimism and lofty aspirations. The system of "Silk study", "silk research", "Silk music" and "silk aspiration" + "X" have been jointly applied to the Silk Road students.
The official account of the public on the Internet includes the value guidance, current affairs discussion and psychological sharing. It has achieved 100% attention and has read 52149 times.
Offline education activities cover quality development, psychological support, theme salon and other aspects, and have achieved the full coverage of four grades of ethnic students in our college. A total of 17 offline activities were held and 3 municipal media reports were obtained.
In addition, the "Silk Road dream" online opens an appointment conversation link for ethnic students, and offline receives ethnic students face-to-face conversation. Adhering to the education attitude of "keeping guard as attack, keeping heart warm" and the education idea of "turning blocking into estrangement, keeping heart warm", the teachers of the studio had a total of 126 heart to heart talk with minority students.
When we use the story of youth instead of grand reasoning, scientific judgment and students' misunderstanding, their thoughts gradually become the same frequency resonance with us.

In more than 600 days of the construction of Silk Road dream, the teachers in the studio constantly return to the original intention of Counselor Work: to be the most willing to be close to students in their college life.
In the second year of the studio, we tried to tap the "innovation key".
Launch ideological and political original column. The studio tries hard to make the education work of "moistening things with the wind and rain" tangible, visible and participatory. In 2019, combined with the 100th anniversary of the May 4th movement, the 70th anniversary of the founding of new China and other major events, the studio teacher led the minority students to know China, understand youth, and position themselves in the laughter, "there are youth on the Silk Road, youth have words", and the edited videos have won more than 10000 Internet hits.
Home visit endows with precise strategies. The studio uses summer vacation to investigate the learning and living conditions of ethnic students after entering the school. On the way home visit, there are rainstorms, warm weather, hot sun and cool weather. However, when the way we walk and the way students go home point to the same direction, when our "pay index" is upgraded to the "growth index" of students, everything is worthwhile and rewarding.
To bridge with a pen, to classical Chinese heart. Facing the negative emotions that students often show on the Internet, the studio regularly launches educational notes on official account, glimmering with dim light, dispelling students' confusion and shining their growth. Up to now, the studio has published more than 20 original articles, including "don't be kidnapped by anxiety, life is not so difficult, you are not so bad", "whether you know it or not, it should be white clouds and grey dogs".
In the training ground of life, the identity of counselors and their words and deeds make us and students become a community of common destiny with heartbeats.

As time goes by, silk road dream has passed more than 600 days in the company of my friends. Nowadays, it has become a window for ethnic students to learn, educate, manage and shape themselves, and also a position to gather the political identity, cultural identity, emotional identity and value identity of Silk Road students.
When every image and text push and every offline activity of "Silk Road dream" can accurately meet the needs of Silk Road students, I know that we are using the strength of our counselors to influence and lead more young people.
It's not easy to get from scratch, and it's more difficult to get from scratch to excellence. Looking at the business here for nearly two years, it has become a "lush" Silk Road home, with both satisfaction and regret.

The original intention of the studio is to provide a platform for everyone to learn and exchange, show their style and make progress together. Our original intention has not changed in two years.
