According to the activity arrangement of "learning laws and regulations, implementing them and strengthening management" of the State Administration of coal mine safety, the first special online video lecture of "coal mine safety regulations" was held on April 17. Professor Zhou Xinquan of China University of mining and Technology (Beijing) was invited to give a special lecture on coal mine safety with the theme of "one pass and Three Preventions". Professor Zhou Xinquan analyzed the current situation of coal mine safety production in China, focusing on coal mine ventilation management, gas, coal dust and fire prevention and control, etc., and focused on the relevant provisions of coal mine safety regulations. The lecture is closely combined with the actual situation of coal mine safety production, with rich connotation, strict logic, easy to understand and simple to understand.
