Construction Method of Silicone Waterproofing Agent(I)

Organosilicon waterproofing agent is an ideal waterproof material for building materials such as concrete, masonry, ceramics and so on. It can be sprayed on the surface of building with solution and emulsion to improve its waterproof, antifouling and dustproof.

Corrosion resistance, weathering resistance and durability.

Construction Method of Using Silicone Protective Agent

There are seven kinds of brushes (brushes), coatings (sponges), rubbing (cloth), spraying (spraying gun with low pressure), soaking (with soaking tank), rolling (with roller), and spraying (with container). During construction, the way of protection construction must be determined according to the type of base material decoration and related protective agent.

(1) Spraying: This construction method is characterized by fast construction speed, uniform coating, and can be used in large-scale engineering construction, but it consumes a lot and costs a lot.

(2) Immersion: The main advantage of this construction method is that both inside and outside of the base material can be adequately protected, and the best protection effect can be achieved. It can be used for the treatment of stone, brick, cement products, etc. However, because of the large amount of protective agent inhalation, the cost is high.

(3) Rolling coating: This method is suitable for large area of ground protection construction, and the loss of wall surface is large.

(4) Cloth brushing: This kind of construction technology is used on the surface of lighter base material. We generally do not advocate this construction method, but if the dosage of coating construction can protect the base material sufficiently, it is a better construction method.

(5) Sponge coating: This process can be used for surface treatment of lighter stone and ceramics, and can be applied with protective agent more evenly.

(6) Irrigation: This process requires high equipment and site.

(7) Brush: This technology is suitable for all kinds of surfaces, and can control the dosage at will. It is a good construction method commonly used.
