(1) The electronic components of anti-stick isolator are coated with anti-stick isolator before encapsulation of impregnated resin (epoxy resin, phenolic resin, etc.) on the lead, which can be non-stick resin, and the resin solidified substance adhering to the lead can be removed after curing.
(2) Demoulding agent for non-metallic composites and their adhesive products is a semi-permanent and efficient resin-based demoulding agent, which has good coating leveling, no corrosion to the die, and strong adhesion. One coating can be used many times, and the working temperature is above 180 C. The product is easy to demould, no migration phenomenon, and can be coated and viscous. It is also suitable for moulding demoulding of plastic and rubber products. It can reduce labor intensity and production cost, and improve the appearance of products.
