All of the above are used as exterior release agent. In recent years, the use of silicone oil as internal release agent has developed rapidly. This method is to add silicone oil directly to thermoplastic resin or to prepare thermoplastic resin granules containing high concentration of silicone oil in advance, and then mix them into masterbatch. For example, adding a little silicone oil or silicone oil granules into polystyrene, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polyolefin, nylon, polyformaldehyde and polyvinyl chloride can improve the fluidity and resin output in extrusion molding. In injection moulding, it can shorten the recovery time of screw, improve the fluidity of resin, reduce the friction coefficient of product surface, improve the wear resistance, lubricity, gloss and hydrophobicity of product.


If dimethyl silicone oil is used, it is better to have a higher viscosity, such as 12500cs; when methyl phenyl silicone oil is added, the refractive index can be adjusted to obtain transparent products; when polyether silicone oil is added, the anti-static property can be given to make the thin products anti-adhesion; when long chain alkyl silicone oil is added, the products can be printed, painted and painted. After-processing properties such as embossing, the introduction of multi-functional active MQ silicone resin, hydroxyl-containing silicone oil and magnesium stearate into thermoplastic resins can also improve the flame retardancy of products. In addition, when carboxyl silicone oil or NaO (Me2SiO) nNa is added as internal release agent in the reaction injection molding of polyurethane, the external release agent can be avoided, and the products obtained from the former have good adhesion to water-based ink.
