Strengthen communication and promote development together
——College of automation, Chongqing University of Posts and telecommunications and School of intelligent engineering, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications carry out student work exchange activities
At 21:00 p.m. on April 19, 2020, the group general branch and student union of automation college of Chongqing University of Posts and telecommunications, and the group general branch and student union of Intelligent Engineering College of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications carried out student work exchange activities at Tencent conference. The participants include the presidium members of the student union of the two academies and the ministers of each department.
Before the formal start of the meeting, the host first introduced the participants and gave a welcome speech. This meeting is divided into three parts, namely: system introduction, theme discussion and free discussion.
In the first part of the exchange, the chairmen of the student union of the two academies respectively introduced the organization system of the student union of the two academies.
In the second part, the two sides discussed the following five topics.
Topic 1: development of characteristic work
Both sides separately elaborated the characteristic work of their respective colleges.
Topic 2: how to carry out the work of student union in the current epidemic situation
Both sides should let all departments of the student union coordinate their work and jointly organize online characteristic activities.
Topic 3: future development direction of publicity work
We will improve the quality and efficiency of new online media. The propaganda work mainly uses the new media tools such as QQ, micro-blog, WeChat official account to coordinate with the activities of various departments. We will continue to deepen the construction of positions, contents and teams, and strive to enhance the influence and leading force of Internet public opinion guidance.
Topic 4: the development of the work of changing the term of the student union, and the future work plan of the student union
In order to improve the comprehensive quality of the members of the student union, we should adhere to the principle of streamlining, optimize the size of institutions and personnel, make clear the functional orientation of each department. In the future, we will continue to carry out the "four ones" quality improvement activities, highlighting the five aspects of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor education.
Topic 5: the role of student cadres in student work
Student cadres are bridges and ties between teachers and students, and leaders of students' self-management, self-education and self-service. It is of great practical significance to fully understand and give full play to the role of student cadres and to create a good role image of student cadres in order to improve the level of student management in Colleges and universities.
In the third part of the exchange, the two sides have a free discussion. The two sides have exchanged and discussed the number of college student cadres, the development of college science and technology competition, and the sorting out of college information, which have benefited a lot. Although face-to-face communication can not be carried out because of the epidemic situation, many constructive opinions can be obtained from both sides through this online communication.
In this exchange activity, students from both sides expressed their own opinions and spoke freely on different topics, which promoted the friendship between the student unions of the two academies, and also built a good platform for students from the two academies to exchange experiences and learn from each other. Strengthen work exchange and experience learning, and lay a good foundation for the future work of each department of the student union of the two academies.
