1. Preparation

First, the mold for the silicone mobile phone case is fixed on the vulcanization molding machine, and the parameters such as temperature, pressure and time required for molding are set. 3. Trimming

4. Secondary sulfur

In order to remove the odor of bridging agent added to the silicone mobile phone case material and stabilize the size of the silicone case, it is necessary to re-sulphurize the phone case after trimming. Usually, it is baked in a vertical oven at 200 ° C. 2 -4 hours to complete. If it is a silicone sleeve that does not require printing and spraying, it can be packed and shipped after the second vulcanization.

5. Surface pattern making
