Tips for Printing and Dyeing


The emulsion should be fully mixed before using or sampling.


1. oil in water emulsion can be diluted arbitrarily, but at the same time, the stability of emulsion will drop sharply, such as stratification.


2. When diluting, add water to defoamer and stir slowly.


3. because the emulsion has the best stability in the original concentration, the diluted emulsion must be used in a short time.


4. emulsion is sensitive to frost and temperature above 40 degree C and easy to be damaged.


5. Prevent frost! The frozen emulsion can be used carefully to frost, but it must be tested before further use.


6. long time strong oscillation or strong shear (such as mechanical pump, homogenizer, etc.) or mixing will destroy the stability of the emulsion.


7. increasing the viscosity of the emulsion or adding thickening agent can improve the stability of the emulsion.
