Correct dilution method
1. Configuration of Thickening Water
Configuration of 10-20% NaOH solution
(2) Solution with 2-3% ASE60 Thickener
Regulation of PH to 7-8
2. Thickening water diluent defoamer
According to the dilution ratio, the thickening water is slowly added to the defoamer and stirred. In the production process (60-70 rpm), do not use high shear stirring to dilute.
3. Adding fungicides
After stirring evenly, add a proper amount of fungicide, then stir evenly, filter and discharge material.
