Silicone elastomer is a kind of gel product with fixed shape and volume, which is dispersed in suitable solvent (such as volatile silicone oil, low viscosity silicone oil, etc.) with nano particle size of silicone powder. The principle of silicone elastomer gel is to use silicone powder to thicken carriers such as low viscosity silicone oil, so that low viscosity silicone oil can be easily added to various cosmetics, providing the initial feeling of low viscosity silicone oil, and providing its unique silky effect.
