Water-borne organosilicon defoamer

Product Description:
Water-borne organosilicon defoamer is a special modified silicone polymer emulsion defoamer. It is mainly used for defoaming of waterborne coatings, adhesives and ink systems. It has strong antifoaming and defoaming ability, and can eliminate bubbles or bubbles on the surface coating. It can also effectively inhibit and eliminate the foam generated during the production process.

Application characteristics:
1., it has strong anti foam and foam breaking ability. It can eliminate bubbles or bubbles on the surface coating.
2., it can also effectively inhibit and eliminate the foam generated in the production process.
3. It works in acid, alkali, salt, electrolyte and hard water.
4. Excellent heat resistance, permeability and chemical stability.

Waterborne coatings. Waterborne leather finishing agents. Waterborne adhesives. Waterborne inks
Addition:
It can be added directly or diluted with water and stirred. The proposal is added two times. The former is added to inhibit foam, and the latter is mainly used for further defoaming. The recommended dosage is generally 0.1-1% of the total amount.

Storage and validity period: Unopened storage below 38 C, with a shelf life of 36 months from the date of production.

Limitations on Use: This product has not been tested or stated as suitable for edible, medical or medicinal purposes.
Due to the difference of formulation and selected raw materials, the precise amount of defoamer should be determined by experiment.
