Therefore, silicone oil has excellent defoaming and antifoaming properties and good film-forming properties. It is easy to form a very thin film, which can be used in cosmetics and applied to human skin, just like a very thin gauze mask, and can protect the skin.


Silicone oil is hydrophobic and insoluble in water.
