Product Description:


IOTA-245 is a polyether modified siloxane wetting agent, which has strong surface tension reduction and remarkable wettability improvement. It does not or slightly stabilize the role of foam, and does not reduce recoating.


IOTA245 has excellent base material wetting and leveling, and is widely used in various paint and ink coating systems. It has good water solubility and smoothness, can also reduce surface friction, and prevent shrinkage, orange peel and other defects.

3. Advantages:


1. The product is polyether modified silicone oil, which is safe and environmentally friendly, and does not pollute the environment.


2. High temperature resistance, good compatibility, with BYK-348 (BYK348 1%, MY245 3%) can be used for nitrile-butadiene glove coating.


3. It has low surface tension and outstanding wettability and permeability of substrates. It can replace Digo 245.


4. Used in water-borne and solvent-based systems, with strong shrinkage resistance, especially for waterborne polyurethane systems.


5. It has good compatibility with other auxiliaries and does not affect the re-coating property.


IV. Scope of application:


Waterborne industrial paint, dipping paint, carpet adhesive, adhesives, waterborne coatings, waterborne wood paint, waterborne polyurethane, waterborne printing paste, waterborne varnish, waterborne acrylic acid, waterborne alkyd resin, etc.


5. Usage: 0.1% - 0.5% of the additive, and ink paint paint mixed evenly.


Packaging and storage:


It is sealed in 25kg, 50kg and 200kg plastic barrels or iron barrels and stored in a cool and dry place at room temperature for one year.
