Mr. Ma Zhiqiang is a doctor of educational technology, a young and excellent scholar of Social Sciences in Jiangsu Province. He has published more than 40 papers on SSCI and CSSCI. He has twice presided over the National Social Sciences Fund. He has rich experience in teaching, especially online teaching and teaching evaluation, and has formed theoretical achievements with characteristics. In the early stage, he has shared in China Pharmaceutical University, Jiangsu Police Academy and other universities, and received unanimous praise from teachers.
At the beginning of the activity, Mr. Liu Ying, director of the teacher teaching development center, explained the purpose and original intention of the activity for you, and introduced Mr. Ma's research background. As a senior teacher with rich teaching experience and more than ten years of background in educational technology research, the content shared by Mr. Ma must be full of dry goods and is expected. Then, in the process of raising questions and answering questions, Mr. Ma introduced the concept of formative assessment, and combed the process and key points of formative assessment. He pointed out that the most important significance of formative assessment is not to grade students, but to improve teachers and students' teaching and learning with the results of assessment. After that, Mr. Ma introduced three different evaluation scenarios, before, during and after class. The evaluation of learning behavior as a more characteristic way of evaluation, Mr. Ma also gave a detailed explanation. Finally, facing the evaluation of learning results, Mr. Ma introduces two methods and makes an in-depth introduction and analysis of peer mutual evaluation, a very meaningful evaluation method for online teaching.

In the whole training process, Mr. Ma Zhiqiang and the participating teachers kept many interactions.
