Qualification examination

Examination methods
All full-time postgraduate and intermediate and above professional and technical qualification personnel only participate in the interview assessment. The rest of the applicants will take part in the written examination and interview examination; the nursing staff must take part in the skill operation examination, and the examination time will be notified separately.
The examination shall be organized by the hospital. The time and place of the examination shall be subject to the examination permit.
1. Written examination: the written examination time is 2 hours, and the form of written answers is adopted. The questions are all objective questions (single choice and multi choice), with a total score of 100 points, and the qualified score line is 55% of the total score of the paper. The written examination is mainly based on professional basic knowledge and relevant professional knowledge. No pre examination training is organized, no examination outline is formulated, and no special books are designated.
Candidates shall be informed by the personnel department of the hospital to receive the examination permit in advance. Those who participate in the written examination can only take the examination with their ID card and examination permit.
The written test scores range from high to low, and the candidates are selected according to the proportion of 1:3 (follow-up with the same score) of the number of job recruiters. If it does not reach 1:3, the candidate list shall be determined as 1:1.
2. Interview: the total score of the interview is 100, and the qualified score line is 60. The interview mainly tests the comprehensive quality and ability of the candidates, including the evaluation of the working ability, comprehensive analysis ability, adaptability, planning, organization and coordination ability, values, appearance and behavior of the candidates. It adopts interview of leaders and experts, assessment of professional practical ability, etc.
3. Score calculation: the total assessment score of candidates consists of written test and interview score, of which written test score accounts for 40%, interview score accounts for 60%; written test score of nursing major accounts for 30%; interview score accounts for 30%; skill assessment score accounts for 40%; only those who participate in interview assessment, the qualified score line is 60 points.

Physical examination and inspection
1. Physical examination: according to the total assessment results of the candidates, the personnel participating in the physical examination shall be determined from high score to low score according to the proportion of 1:1 of the number of people to be employed in the post. Publicity and employment
