Candidates shall provide ID card, examination permit, academic degree card (the student ID card shall be submitted by the fresh graduates and the graduation card shall be submitted when they enter the University), scanning copy of the academic record of the past years during the university period (the fresh candidates shall be provided and sealed by the academic Affairs Department of the school where the candidates are located, and the non fresh candidates shall be provided and sealed by the personnel department of the unit where the candidates' files are located)
