For a hatching project, Taihu Shenyuan brewing beer is no longer young. Over the past four years, Wu Zongwen and his team have never stopped to study the brewing process, materials, taste and other aspects, and always maintain the quality of beer.
"Although it is famous for Jiangnan University, this reputation is more like a spur for us to make continuous efforts to improve the quality and taste of the wine. Only by doing better and gaining more recognition can we live up to the four words of Jiangnan University. " Wu said.
At present, there are four products in the market of Taihu Shenyuan fine brewed beer. They are all brewed with high-quality whole wheat. The amount of malt is larger. The alcohol degree is about twice that of ordinary beer. The taste is mellow and the taste is strong.
