On April 8, the Ministry of Education issued a notice to launch the "one for one" action on employment and Entrepreneurship of college graduates from colleges and universities across the country and Hubei Province.
The action of "one group, one group" fully considers the type of school running, the characteristics of employment work and the needs of recipient universities. The first batch of 48 colleges and universities were determined to carry out assistance actions, including 34 colleges and universities directly under the central Ministry of Education (including 30 colleges and universities directly under the Ministry of Education), 4 provincial colleges and universities, and 10 national demonstration vocational colleges; Hubei assisted colleges and universities include 8 colleges and universities directly under the central Ministry of Education (including 7 colleges and universities directly under the Ministry of Education), 30 provincial undergraduate colleges and 10 vocational colleges. The time of assistance action is set from April to September 2020, and will be adjusted according to the arrangement of epidemic prevention and control.

On the basis of full consultation, Jiangnan University and Wuhan Huaxia University of science and technology have made clear the objectives and specific measures of the assistance work, and established a "seven in one" assistance mechanism.
First, sharing job platform information, Jiangnan University open graduates intelligence employment system post information, matching Wuhan Huaxia Polytechnic graduates job search needs, accurately push employment information, and achieve "one end of the network" (employment information network, employment APP, WeChat official account) mobile employment services. We will introduce preferential policies to encourage and support college students to start their own businesses and attract graduates to work in Jiangsu.
The second is to promote the in-depth docking of secondary colleges. According to the characteristics of professional talent training and graduates' employment of secondary colleges in the two schools, a "one for one" mechanism network of secondary colleges will be established to realize in-depth cooperation and sharing in talent training, employment guidance, employment posts, etc.
Third, the two universities jointly held a special job fair. Jiangnan University took the initiative to recommend graduates from Huaxia Institute of technology to employers, contacted talent centers of all levels and cities in Jiangsu Province, opened up the employment market, and attracted more employers to provide jobs. The two universities jointly held a special online job fair.
The fourth is to share the cloud employment guidance resources. Jiangnan University opens the online resources of career assessment and career guidance for college students. The two universities jointly carry out the quarterly activity of career guidance for college students, so as to improve the career maturity and employment competitiveness of college students in a series of activities.
Fifthly, we will build an employment practice base. Jiangnan University will give full play to the advantages of the employer's resource base, connect with high-quality employers and establish a graduate employment practice base with Party B.
Sixthly, we will work together to seek efficient employment management methods. The two universities will hold a long-distance meeting to share graduates' employment experience, exchange working ideas and methods, discuss how to do a good job in graduate employment statistics, graduate employment procedures handling and rights and interests protection under the influence of the epidemic situation, and jointly improve the level of employment management services.
The seventh is to set up innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform, share university students' Entrepreneurship service platform and innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum teaching resources, and jointly organize the two universities to carry out entrepreneurship project practice and entrepreneurship competition guidance services. Jiangnan University provides entrepreneurial mentors, docking project landing resources and more opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurship for the entrepreneurial projects of Huaxia Institute of technology.
