Professor Xu Xueming, as an expert of special government allowance under the State Council and a leader of science and technology innovation in the national "ten thousand talents plan", has been teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, guiding students, and teaching them well. He has been engaged in food science for a long time, especially the basic and applied research on the change mechanism of components in the process of processing and storage, the change of component characteristics and food quality by different control methods, and the development of new-type noodle food, with outstanding achievements in teaching and scientific research.
