On April 17, the 41st training course of amateur Party school and training course of development object officially opened. Cui Ximin, member of the Standing Committee of the Party committee, director of the Organization Department of the Party committee, and executive vice president of the Party school, made a class opening mobilization. The mobilization meeting was held in the form of video conference. 486 faculty and students from 12 secondary party organizations participated in the mobilization meeting.
At the meeting, Cui Ximin put forward three requirements for trainees:
