Professor Zhou Xinquan of China University of mining and Technology (Beijing) was invited to give a special lecture on coal mine safety with the theme of "one pass and Three Preventions". Professor Zhou Xinquan analyzed the current situation of coal mine safety production in China, focusing on coal mine ventilation management, gas, coal dust and fire prevention and control, etc., and focused on the relevant provisions of coal mine safety regulations. The lecture is closely combined with the actual situation of coal mine safety production, with rich connotation, strict logic, easy to understand and simple to understand. It has a strong pertinence, guidance and operability for further strengthening the work of coal mine safety production, supervision and supervision, and preventing and containing the major accidents in coal mines.
The lecture will be held in No.21 office area of the emergency management department, and will be held in provincial coal mine safety supervision bureaus, subordinate supervision bureaus, and some provincial (municipal) coal mine safety supervision departments.
