On the afternoon of April 17, our mine organized to watch the first special video lecture of coal mine safety regulations held by the State Administration of coal mine safety. The lecture was given by Professor Zhou Xinquan of China University of mining and technology, focusing on the interpretation of "one pass and Three Preventions" in the coal mine safety regulations. Leaders of the mine such as Li Yanhe, the mine manager, and the person in charge of the business department watched the video lecture in the conference room on the second floor of the dispatching building. Zhou Xinquan is mainly engaged in the research of mine ventilation and safety, industrial and civil building ventilation and fire protection engineering, safety engineering, safety man-machine engineering, unsteady state ventilation system state simulation and control, major accident investigation and analysis technology, application of modern control theory in safety discipline, etc.
