On April 14, the video link between Du'an Yao Autonomous County and China University of mining and Technology (Beijing) and Beijing Language and Culture University was connected to coordinate the targeted assistance work, and discussed the decisive task of overcoming poverty in Du'an. The county magistrate LAN rushai attended the meeting.
At the meeting, LAN rushai reported on the work of poverty alleviation in Du'an. He said that this year is the acceptance year of poverty alleviation and hat lifting in Du'an County, and the final year of national poverty alleviation. At present, there are still 17500 people in 65 poor villages in the county who have not yet lifted their hats. After two months of war, the situation of epidemic prevention and control was generally stable, the order of economic and social operation was speeded up to recover, and all the work of poverty alleviation was vigorously and orderly promoted. At present, Du'an focuses on promoting the listing operation, focusing on tackling the key problems and making up for the shortcomings. However, there are still weak links, "two high, two low, two poor and three fold" are still prominent. From the perspective of education, medical care, housing "Three Guarantees" and drinking water safety standards, there are still many difficulties and problems in the county. It is hoped that China University of mining and Technology (Beijing) and Beijing Language and Culture University will increase their efforts in poverty alleviation through consumption and enrollment, and make full use of the scientific and technological strength of the two universities to boost the development of Duan.
Xu Xiaomin, Secretary of the Party committee of China University of mining and Technology (Beijing) and Ni Haidong, Secretary of the Party committee of Beijing Language and Culture University, respectively, made exchange speeches with Du'an. The two schools affirmed the achievements of Du'an in poverty alleviation, and agreed that they will continue to deepen the targeted poverty alleviation cooperation mechanism, further strengthen exchanges and cooperation, further effectively promote poverty alleviation, and strive to create a new situation of poverty alleviation cooperation in combination with the actual needs of Du'an.
LAN expressed his gratitude to China University of mining and Technology (Beijing) and Beijing Language and Culture University for their support in all aspects. It is believed that under the strong leadership of the Party committee and government at higher levels, with the full help of China University of mining and Beijing Language and technology, Du'an has the confidence, determination and ability to win the war of overcoming poverty and ending the official career, so as to realize the overall and synchronous well-off as scheduled.
