Back to school students report at wrong time and wrong peak, check their body temperature at the north school gate, check their identity information, and check the return notice. Students with normal body temperature after examination shall report to the school according to normal procedures. Students with abnormal body temperature shall wear medical surgical masks immediately, register personal information as required, and the medical staff shall contact the special vehicle to transfer to the designated hospital for diagnosis and treatment. The staff of the security office shall check the temperature of the students, check the information and implement the on-site area control. The temperature and physical condition of the students will be recorded when they report. The medical staff of the school hospital rechecked the body temperature twice and disinfected the registration pen and other articles. Students line up at the north gate at an interval of 1 meter for staff to check.
Scene 2 dormitory of college students (first floor of songer dormitory)
The students' apartments are under closed management. When entering the dormitory, their body temperature is measured. The morning and noon inspection systems are strictly implemented. Each college continues to implement the "daily report" and "zero report" systems.
The dormitories shall have windows for ventilation, keep the table top and ground clean, conduct two inspections every day, adopt the combination of fixed inspection and random sampling, and take the form of temperature detection, inquiry, observation, etc. as the unit of dormitories. Each college shall review the summary table of morning and noon inspection of the college by the special reporter of the school and class epidemic situation, and submit it to the student work office and the school hospital for filing.
If the temperature of the students is different and they are not feeling well, please inform the dormitory chief. The dormitory head reports the situation to the general office of the school, contacts the counselor and appeases the students with abnormal temperature to wait for the medical staff of the school hospital in the dormitory. The medical staff of the school hospital will check the students with abnormal body temperature, report them to the principal as suspected cases, and ask whether to start the emergency state. With the consent of the principal, the commander in chief will announce to enter the emergency state immediately.
The teachers and counselors of the school work office went to the scene to comfort the students, and arranged the students in the same dormitory to wait for the school bus to be sent to the isolation point of Wenchang campus for isolation. The general affairs department is responsible for arranging the school bus to send the students in the same dormitory to the epidemic prevention isolation point, and arranging the students to separate after arriving at the isolation point. Before the epidemic is effectively controlled, all classroom teaching should wear masks and adopt small class teaching as much as possible. Each class should use a fixed classroom, keep the classroom open and ventilated, and promote the use of network and video teaching methods.
If any students have fever or cough in class, they should raise their hands and report to the teacher.
The class leader reports the situation to the general office and counselor, assists the class teacher to calm the other students' mood, and waits for the next arrangement in the classroom. The on duty personnel of the school's duty office shall report to the director of the office, inform the emergency response leading group, and ask for the work arrangement.
The medical staff of the school hospital rushed to the classroom to have a physical examination for the student, wear a medical surgical mask for him, register his personal information in detail according to the requirements, contact a special car to transfer him to the designated hospital for diagnosis and treatment, and report the relevant information to the General Office of the school.
Teachers and counselors of the school work office went to the scene to explain the situation and appease the students' emotions and conduct psychological counseling. After the medical staff made it clear that the students had no epidemiological history, they were guided to leave the classroom orderly. The general affairs department arranges staff to carry out on-site killing and pollutant disposal for the classroom and the student's activity area. After receiving the notice from the general office of the school, the security office will carry out on-site regional control.

The restaurant insists on the system of separate meals, appropriately prolonging the time for dining in the dining hall, and implementing the peak shifting meal, ensuring the principle of "one person with one serving of individual dishes and one disinfect". Students should wash their hands before and after the meal. They should bring their own tableware. Students should keep a distance of more than one meter between each other when they line up to receive the meal. They should sit at intervals and do not communicate with each other. After the meal, they should leave the canteen as soon as possible.
The students bring their own tableware into the canteen in an orderly manner, keep one meter away from the canteen and wait in line to receive the meal, then leave the canteen and return to the dormitory for dinner.
Everyone should enter the canteen in order, wash hands before meals, eat safely at a table for one person after receiving meals, take off the inner side of the mask and fold it twice outward, and correctly throw the mask into the garbage can. After eating, put on the clean mask and leave the canteen.
