In order to do a good job in the employment of graduates during the epidemic prevention period, comply with the recruitment needs of enterprises for campus talents, and promote the employment of graduates of our college, the college will hold the "spring 2020 air double election of Jiangnan University Design College" in May.
Jiangnan University School of design was founded in 1960, formerly known as the modeling Department of Wuxi Institute of light industry. It is the college with the longest running history of modern design education in China and one of the earliest universities in China to establish the discipline of design art. It is the main birthplace of modern design education in China, the forerunner and Demonstration College of design education reform in China.
The talent training system of the college is complete, with a doctoral degree training point for product system design and theory, a master's degree granting right for two disciplines of design art and fine arts, and a master's point for "industrial design" engineering. The discipline of design art is the key construction discipline of the first, second and third phases of the national "211 Project". Industrial design is a characteristic specialty of national institutions of higher learning, and it is the first batch of brand specialty and characteristic specialty in Jiangsu Province.
In the past 60 years, the college has sent tens of thousands of undergraduates and postgraduates to the society. There are 888 graduates in 2020 from the school of design. There are 610 undergraduates, 52 industrial design, 78 product design, 91 visual communication design, 90 environmental art design, 35 public art design, 38 Art (normal) design, 29 integrated and innovative design, 95 clothing and clothing design, 28 clothing design and engineering, 74 digital media art design, 243 postgraduates, 76 Industrial design engineering, 65 design science There are 53 people in art design, 9 in fine arts, 31 in costume design, 9 in digital media art design and theory, and 5 in design doctoral program.

2、 Activity arrangement
1. Registration and participation mode of employer
Please log in to Jiangnan University graduate employment information network to enter the special area of this activity to register for the conference; or directly click the link: Jiangnan University Design Institute in the spring of 2020 air double election to register.
The employer can register from now on. The deadline for registration is 17:00 on May 7, 2020. The double election will be open to employers free of charge, and the college will conduct centralized audit from May 8 to 9. The results of the audit will be fed back through the employment information network of Jiangnan University, and the enterprise will send an email to your unit through the mailbox reserved by the system. The employer can attend the meeting only after passing the audit.
2. Student registration and participation
From May 10th, students can register in the double selection meeting by signing up for the Jiangnan University graduate employment information network and the DBI hospital Intelligence Bureau and the WeChat official account of Jiangnan University Design Institute.
3. Recruitment process
After the employer passes the examination, the recruitment position information will be displayed in the booth list of this air double selection meeting; when the graduates apply, the resume will be directly sent to the background of employment information network of Jiangnan University, please check the resume in time. During the epidemic prevention and control period, it is suggested that the participating units carry out follow-up talent selection through online written test, interview and other ways to avoid personnel aggregation and flow.
3、 About the air mission
In order to better serve the employers and graduates, facilitate the employers to display corporate culture and style, and build a safe, convenient and efficient information communication and two-way selection platform between the employers and graduates, from now on, the design institute will provide the employers with "air propaganda" services. The air briefing will take the form of "live broadcast + online Q & a". The college plans to use pin, enterprise wechat and QQ as online platforms to help carry out this activity. At that time, the employer shall arrange a special person to hold the live broadcast and conduct online interactive Q & A with the students.
Please provide PPT and recruitment brochures (requirements: including positions and number of people in need) and other publicity materials to the employers who are interested in attending the air briefing, and send the publicity materials to sjxyjiuye@163.com, a special email for employment of Design College of Jiangnan University.
