Patients who have no epidemiological history, no separation of tin within two weeks, no fever and respiratory symptoms need no CT and blood routine examination. However, those who have respiratory symptoms such as fever need to receive corresponding examination, which can only be carried out after normal and negative nucleic acid test.
Wuxi Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine has also fully recovered experts (including famous doctors), special diseases and general outpatient services, diagnosis and treatment services of Stomatology, otorhinolaryngology, ophthalmology, medical cosmetology and selected diagnosis and treatment projects of endoscopy center. TCM health management center's outpatient service for disease prevention and treatment experts, general outpatient service for disease prevention and treatment, and physical examination center are all open in an orderly manner, with daily flow set and appointment system implemented by time. According to the staff, due to the need of epidemic prevention and control, the physical examination center is temporarily closed to breakfast. During the period of outpatient treatment, the number of accompanying personnel should be reduced. Each outpatient should be accompanied by one family member only. During the treatment, the patient should consciously abide by the principle of "one patient one clinic one room". In principle, each bed of inpatients is limited to one visit per week, and each visit is limited to one person, no more than 30 minutes.
The second hospital has also carried out gastroenteroscopy, laryngoscope, cosmetic surgery and some outpatient small operations. In order to ensure the prevention and control of the epidemic situation, at present, except for the emergency department and fever department, all outpatients in the hospital are required to make an appointment and visit in different periods. In order to prevent personnel from gathering, each hospital currently implements the number limit, and there is no additional number on site. It is recommended that patients make an appointment in advance. At present, patients in hospital must do lung CT and nucleic acid test. In addition, some high-risk projects have not been carried out, such as the three oxygen self blood of pain department has not been opened, and the convenience clinic has not been opened.
