5、 Recruitment procedures and related matters
1. Adopt the recruitment procedure of "publish the recruitment plan → register online → qualification examination → interview (Trial) → written examination → interview → publicize the appointment list → physical examination → handle the appointment procedures".
2. The qualification of the candidates will be examined by the expert group of the district human resources and Social Security Bureau, the discipline inspection and supervision department, the education department and the School Department of Basic Education Cooperation Office of Beijing Normal University. The qualified candidates will be announced by Xinyu Affiliated School of Beijing Normal University on the school website (http://www.bsdxyfx.cn). The qualification examination will run through the whole recruitment process. Once the unqualified candidates are found, the examination and employment qualification will be cancelled.
3. Examination method and time

4. The expert group of the Department of basic education cooperation of Beijing Normal University will evaluate the teachers participating in the recruitment through interview (Trial), and those who pass the interview (80% or above) will be qualified for the written examination. After the interview and written examination, the headmaster's interview will be conducted. According to the total score of the interview (interview score × 70% + written examination score × 20% + interview score × 10%), the list of candidates will be determined from high score to low score in turn (if the qualification review is inconsistent, the physical examination is unqualified, and the positions that are vacated voluntarily will be filled according to the total score from high to low). 5. The district human resources and Social Security Bureau, discipline inspection and supervision department, and education department shall conduct on-site supervision of the whole process of this open recruitment and determine the proposed employment results.
6. The standard of physical examination shall be implemented according to the standard of civil servants, and the expenses shall be paid by myself. Those who fail to pass the physical examination shall be disqualified.
7. The employed teacher shall sign an appointment agreement with the employer and the competent department, with a probation period of one year. One year later, after comprehensive assessment, the qualified personnel shall go through the formalities of personnel agency.
6、 Related treatment
(I) salary
The salary shall be paid by the government finance in a unified way, and the five insurances and one fund as well as the salary shall be treated equally with the teachers on duty;
(II) enjoy the post allowance of Teachers
1. If the employee is employed in a senior professional and technical post, a monthly post allowance of 2400 yuan will be given;
2. If the employee is employed in the post of deputy senior professional and technical post, he shall be given a post allowance of 1900 yuan per month;
