China University of mining and technology is a national key university directly under the Ministry of education, a national "211 Project", "985 advantageous discipline innovation platform project" and a national "double first-class" construction university. It is also a University jointly built by the Ministry of education, the people's Government of Jiangsu Province and the State Administration of work safety. The university has a graduate school. The school is located in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, the most livable city in the world and the national ecological civilization city. It has two campuses, Wenchang and Nanhu, covering an area of 4800 mu. The school is equipped with its own affiliated kindergarten, primary school, junior high school and senior high school. The affiliated middle school of mineral University ranks the top in the city.
After more than 110 years of hard work, China University of mining and technology has formed a discipline system and a basic pattern of multi-disciplinary universities with engineering as the main subject, energy as the feature, and the coordinated development of science, engineering, culture and management. The school has 21 Colleges (departments), and two independent colleges, including Xuhai college and Yinchuan college.
At present, the university has more than 3100 faculty members, 1977 full-time teachers, 459 professors and 841 associate professors, and more than 70% of them have doctorates. Among the teachers, there are 15 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Sciences (including external employment), 19 are selected into the "Yangtze River scholars" award program, 16 are awarded the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, 5 are awarded the national famous teachers, and 1 is awarded the first China young scientists award.
The school has 33 first level master's programs, 17 first level discipline doctoral programs, 16 post doctoral research flow stations, 10 national key disciplines, 2 national key laboratories, 2 National Engineering (Technology) research centers, 1 National University Science Park, 1 national and local joint engineering laboratory, 4 key laboratories of the Ministry of education, 2 engineering research centers of the Ministry of education, 17 other provincial and ministerial key laboratories, engineering (Technology) Research Center (including research base). At present, the school has signed cooperation agreements with 25 top 200 overseas schools. The school's mining engineering, safety science and engineering disciplines rank first nationwide, surveying and Mapping Science and technology disciplines rank third nationwide, and geological resources and geological engineering disciplines rank fourth nationwide. 1、 Basic conditions for introducing talents
Abide by national laws and regulations, love higher education, have noble morality, decent style of study, rigorous scholarship, unity and cooperation, have a good academic background and strong academic development ability, and have the physical conditions to meet the requirements of the post.
2、 Categories of talents and academic conditions
(1) Lecturer
Young talents with doctorate and graduation certificates. In the past three years, science and engineering have participated in national scientific research projects (culture and management have participated in provincial and ministerial level scientific research projects) or obtained provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological awards or national invention patents, and have published "three types of high-quality papers" (papers of domestic scientific and Technological Journals with international influence, papers of internationally recognized top or important scientific and technological journals, and top-level studies at home and abroad Papers reported at technical meetings). In principle, the age shall not exceed 32 years old (in principle, the age for cultural administration shall not exceed 35 years old).
1. Class I doctoral degree: the discipline ranking of doctoral university is above B and no lower than that of our university; during the doctoral period, no less than 3 "three types of high-quality papers" are published.
2. Class II doctoral degree: the discipline ranking of doctoral University shall not be lower than that of our university; no less than 2 "three types of high-quality papers" shall be published during the doctoral period.
3. Class III doctoral degree: the discipline ranking of doctoral University shall not be lower than that of our university; no less than 1 "class III high-quality thesis" shall be published during the doctoral period.
(2) Postdoctoral
In principle, it should be a doctor of national "double first-class" construction university or well-known universities and research institutions at home and abroad. In recent three years, the first author or corresponding author has published 2 papers in SCI source journal, 1 paper in JCR area II or 3 papers in CSSCI source journal or achieved significant achievements recognized by peers. In principle, the age shall not exceed 32.
(3) Associate Professor
To achieve the academic level of the deputy senior professional and technical posts of our university and be employed to the corresponding teaching and research posts.
(4) Professor
I have achieved the academic level of senior professional and technical posts and been employed to corresponding teaching and research posts.
(5) Outstanding young scholars
An excellent doctor who has obtained a doctor's degree in a well-known university at home and abroad or has been engaged in scientific research for more than three years in a well-known university, scientific research institution or enterprise abroad, has strong teaching and scientific research ability, outstanding achievements, good health, and can perform the duties of the post.
1. Those who are shortlisted for the top talent program of "ten thousand talents program", "Yangtze River scholars Award Program", "National Excellent Youth Fund Program" or "one thousand talents program" youth program will generally be no more than 38 years old (no more than 40 weeks in philosophy, social sciences, culture and Art).
2. Specially hired researcher of the school. Generally, the age is no more than 35 (PHILOSOPHY, social sciences, culture and art are no more than 40), and the qualification for promotion to Professor of our university has been met in relevant disciplines, and one of the following basic conditions has been met:
(1) The representative academic achievements have a high degree of recognition in the field of this discipline. There are no less than 5 class a journal articles, articles in the first district of Chinese Academy of Sciences or highly cited papers published in authoritative journals in this field, or no less than 1 paper published in international top journals (nature, Science);
(2) It is supported by internationally recognized distinguished scholars (NSFC) program;
(3) Won the National Natural Science Award, National Technological Invention Award and national science and technology progress award, ranking in the top 1 / 2 generally;
(4) Other outstanding young scholars with development potential identified by domestic well-known peer experts.
3. Special deputy researcher of the school. Generally, the age is not more than 32 years old (PHILOSOPHY, social sciences, culture and art are not more than 35 years old), and the qualification for promotion to associate professor of our university has been met in relevant disciplines, and one of the following basic conditions has been met:
(1) In the past three years, the doctoral university has entered the top 100 of times global university comprehensive ranking or the top 50 of its disciplines during the doctoral period;
(2) Other outstanding young scholars with development potential identified by domestic well-known peer experts.
(6) Climbing scholar
1. Winners of the "Yangtze River scholars Award Program" youth program;
2. Top young talents of "ten thousand talents plan";
3. Winner of excellent youth fund of NSFC;
4. Candidates for the national "thousand talents plan" youth program;
5. Candidates of the "hundred talents plan" of the Chinese Academy of Sciences;
6. Jiangsu distinguished professor or Jiangsu "entrepreneurship and innovation talents" selected;
7. Scholars who hold associate professor, assistant professor or equivalent positions in overseas high-level universities;
8. Outstanding young and middle-aged talents with outstanding academic achievements in short supply.
Generally, the age is no more than 45 (PHILOSOPHY, social science, culture and art are no more than 50), healthy and able to perform the post responsibilities.
(7) Outstanding scholars
1. Distinguished professor of "Yangtze River scholars Award Program";
2. Winner of National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars;
3. Candidates of "thousand talents plan" (long-term project of innovative talents);
4. Candidates of "ten thousand talents plan" (famous teachers of teaching, leading talents of scientific and technological innovation, leading talents of philosophy and Social Sciences);
5. Cultural experts and "four talents in one batch";
6. In recent three years, it has won the second prize or above of the third National Science and technology award or the second prize or above of the national teaching achievement (the first adult);
7. In the past three years, he has been selected as the head of the innovation research group of NSFC or the leader of the innovation team of "Yangtze River scholars and innovation team development plan" of the Ministry of education, or presided over the national key R & D plan (the amount of funds is more than 10 million yuan), the major plan (project) of NSFC, and the major project of NSFC;
8. The first level candidates of "333 project" in Jiangsu Province;
9. Scholars who hold professor or equivalent positions in overseas high-level universities and research institutions;
10. Other high-end talents equivalent to the above conditions and levels. Generally, they are not over 60 years old, healthy and able to perform their duties,
(8) Outstanding scholar
Including the winners of Nobel Prize, fields prize, Turing prize and other internationally renowned awards, academicians of developed countries, academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, members of the academic department of the Chinese Academy of social sciences or top scholars with the same level of talent as the above, generally no more than 70 years old, healthy and able to perform the post responsibilities.
3、 Introduction treatment
The annual income of all kinds of talents is more than 30% higher than that of domestic universities of the same level. The school provides housing subsidies and funds for the construction of scientific research platform for all the introduced talents, provides transitional housing in the school, solves the problem of children's enrollment (kindergarten, primary school, junior high school direct promotion), and solves spouse work as appropriate.
(1) Lecturer
Class I doctor: provide housing subsidies and research platform construction funds of no less than 400000 yuan (cultural management funds of no less than 340000 yuan);
