IOTA 130  defoamer

DESCRIPTION:

IOTA 130 is a high efficient defoaming agent composed of polyether, dispersant and stabilizer.

FEATURES:

High temperature resistance, long time foam suppression, non-toxic, harmless, cost-effective, strong compatibility, and has strong defoaming and anti-foaming capabilities. The performance is not affected by temperature, and it do not harm the bacteria during the fermentation process and do not prevent the growth of microbial.

APPLICATIONS:

Industrial sugar,microbial fermentation; various fermentation processes (such as seed tanks); Pharmaceutical fermentation(antibiotics, citric acid, glutamine, etc.); yeast industry, biodegradation fermentation, vegetable oil esterification production etc. It is also widely used in the synthesis of biochemical products and defoaming in emulsion polymerization.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

This product can be added to the base material, or fed into the filling material in the later stage. The recommended using amount is about 0.01%-0.3%.

The optimal addition amount is determined by experiment according to specific conditions.

PACKAGE:

25kg/200kg plastic pail or 1000kg IBC tank.

SHELF LIFE:

Room Temperature Storage(5 °C-40°C),avoid direct sun light, shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
