PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

IOTA xpj-TL-56N silicone antifoam is a concentrate of antifoaming agent that can be diluted. The antifoam can achieve long-lasting antifoaming performance in small amounts. It is used in conventional surfactant and polymer foaming systems; it is recommended to used in sewage treatment, industrial cleaning, and adhesives，agricultural.

FEATURES

● The substance components of the antifoam do not contain the substances listed in the SVHC list of the REACH Regulation.

● Antifoaming agent component does not contain NP, APEO.

● The antifoam substance component does not contain the substances contained in the ROHS Directive (Restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment).

● The antifoam can be diluted in a high proportion

● It can be mixed with other silicone emulsions.

● Composed of polyether-modified polysiloxane, polyether polyol, and silicone actives

TYPICAL PROPERTIES

HOW TO USE

● This product is a mixture. There may be deposits or layering during shelf life, and it is normal. Before using, stir the product evenly at 30 to 60 rpm and it will not affect the performance of the product.

● This product can be diluted with thickening water. In the process of dilution, the speed of stirring is between 30 to 60 rpm and the time of stirring is recommended for no more than 10 minutes. Please request the company’s customer service department for the specific dilution method. The company accepts no responsibility for any loss which may be incurred by the customer as a result of incorrect usage.

● It is suggested that the product is added in a place where the antifoam can disperse easily. The optimum addition level should be preliminarily tested in a laboratory setting.

PACKAGE AND STORAGE

The product is available in 25kg, 50kg and 1000kg plastic buckets. This product can be stored as a normal chemical, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Don’t add acid, alkali, or salt to this product. Ensure the container is sealed after using.  

If burning, put out the fire according to the extinguishing method for general petroleum products .When stored between 5 and 40℃ (41-104℉) in the original unopened containers, the product is usable 12 months from the date of manufacture.
