Recently, the people's Government of Jiangsu Province issued the decision on science and technology award of Jiangsu Province in 2019. Dr. Hu Zhigang, member of Jiangnan University Committee, Professor Zhao Yongwu, School of mechanical engineering, Jiangnan University, vice chairman of the Municipal People's Hospital Committee and head of the Medical Laboratory of children's Hospital, won the award.
Professor Zhao Yongwu, as the first adult, won the second prize of Jiangsu Science and Technology Award for his "key technology and industrial application of efficient metal mirror finishing".
This research achievement has carried out systematic and in-depth research on the surface finishing technology of basic metal parts represented by bearing steel ball, piston ring, textile steel ring, etc., developed a new technology and equipment of high-efficiency precision polishing of green metal, and obtained the mirror surface quality with surface roughness Ra of about 0.02 μ M. The polishing technology of this achievement does not contain phosphorus and nitrogen, heavy metals and toxic and harmful elements, and the pH value is nearly neutral. One process completes cleaning, oil removal, oxide skin removal, rust removal and polishing, realizing batch processing, with significant environmental benefits. The research results break the international monopoly, improve the performance, quality and reliability of major equipment and host products, and play an important role in promoting the scientific and technological progress of China's intelligent manufacturing and high-end precision equipment industry.
Dr. Hu Zhigang took the lead to complete the project of "foundation and clinical transformation application of new detection technology in clinical immunology test series", and was awarded the third prize of science and technology award of Jiangsu Province in 2019.
Under the leadership of Hu Zhigang, his team adhered to the concept of "precision medicine", developed a series of new detection technologies and conducted a large number of clinical application research and product transformation of a series of test reagents for different clinical needs
1. In order to apply to clinical large-scale detection, time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay (TRFIA) technology with high sensitivity, wide detection range and strong specificity for anti phospholipase A2 receptor antibody was established. Biotin avidin system was used to further improve the sensitivity, and unique double label time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay technology was used to further improve two results at a time Detection efficiency.
2. In order to shorten the detection time and reduce the operation steps, a homogeneous, one-step (fast), cleaning free, quantitative and high-throughput photoluminescence immunoassay was established.
3. In order to adapt to the rapid and convenient requirements of outpatient and emergency treatment and bedside detection, time-resolved fluorescence immunochromatography (POCT) quantitative analysis of anti Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody (IgG / IgM) and other items was established.
4. In order to further improve the technology, a series of new detection technologies were established by combining time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay, molecular biology technology, biosensor and aptamer reaction, which laid a foundation for the application of new technologies in the future.
Since the establishment of the hospital, this award has been won for the first time as the first completion unit, realizing the "zero" breakthrough of Jiangsu Science and technology award.
