Product introduction:

IOTA XPJ-1001 series silicone defoamer is made up of modified polysiloxane as the main material and other special additives. It is characterized by high temperature and alkali resistance and rapid defoaming under high temperature and alkali conditions. Long-lasting foam suppression, which has a longer anti-foaming time than ordinary silicone defoamer, so the dosage is reduced, which can be used in harsh chemical cleaning and chemical reaction such as high temperature and high alkalinity, such as in the paper industry. The high temperature and strong alkali cooking and washing process is used as a strong alkali refining agent in the textile printing and dyeing industry, and has excellent elimination and foam suppression performance. Because of the excellent defoaming performance, the black liquor is completely removed on the papermaking vacuum drum. Therefore, when the amount of washing water is reduced, the amount of bleaching agent is also reduced, and since the thermal stability is good, the equipment is not decomposed by heat.

How to use：

In the washing, it can be diluted 10 times with water and then added to the front of the vacuum washing drum. (It should be used up in time after dilution, not for long-term storage).

Adding amount: about 200g per ton of dry paper.

25kg, 50kg, 200kg plastic drums and 200kg inner coated iron drums.

Storage and transportation:

It is suitable for storage at room temperature. Do not place it near the heat source. Do not expose it to sunlight. Do not add acid, alkali or salt to the defoamer. After dilution with water, it can not be stored for a long time. It will not be stratified within one year. If it exceeds this period, there will be delamination and demulsification. It can be stirred evenly before use, and it will not be affected by the use effect. It will be transported as non-dangerous goods.
