CHARACTERISTICS OF SILANE CERAMIC TECHNOLOGY
1. Environmental Protection - Environmental Treatment Agent Replacing Traditional Phosphating
2. Environmental protection - Compared with phosphating, silane pottery does not contain phosphorus and heavy metals. Sewage discharge is environmental protection. Sewage treatment can reach the discharge standard only by slightly neutralizing to PH=7-9 and slightly precipitating or filtering.
3. Environmental protection - almost no slag. Compared with phosphating, phosphating slag produced by phosphating process is 200-300 times higher than that of pottery process, and it does not contain phosphorus and heavy metals, so it is easy to treat.
4. Energy saving - Silane pottery process is completely treated at room temperature (without heating in winter).
5. Efficiency - Silane pottery process has a short treatment time, only needs more than 1 minute for spraying, only 1/3 time for phosphating process, and does not need surface adjustment process, which can reduce equipment investment.
6. Cost savings - large processing area. Silane ceramics can be treated more than 120_per kilogram, and the cost of use is less than the cost of phosphating.


II. Suitable Technological Conditions for Silane Ceramization
1. Suitable for spraying pretreatment line
2. Suitable for immersion-spraying combined pretreatment line
3. Suitable for all-immersion pretreatment line (oil removal process needs to be equipped with ultrasound)
4. It is suitable for manual or automatic immersion pretreatment of independent hanger suspension (the oil removal process needs to be equipped with ultrasound)
5. Suitable for manual or automatic dipping trough pretreatment line of galvanized sheet
6. Not suitable for manual immersion pretreatment line of iron and steel


(1) If there is no pure water device, the pure water washing process can be cancelled, which has little effect on the quality. Pure water washing can improve the salt spray test time of coatings and make salt spray test more guaranteed, especially when chloride or calcium and magnesium ions in tap water are higher.
(2) The optimum temperature for water drying is 100-140 (?) C. When the temperature is over 150 (?) C or baking for a long time, the silane ceramic film will be destroyed. However, it is no problem that the silane ceramic film can withstand baking at 250 (?) C after coating is combined with the coating.
(3) Degreasing time: the total degreasing time was (> 2-3 minutes), the ultrasonic soaking time was (> 2-3 minutes), the swimming time was (> 4-6 minutes) and the pure soaking time was (> 8-10 minutes).
(4) Washing time stipulation: the washing time of each process is generally (> 0.5 minutes), and the total washing time after each process is (> 1 minute).
(5) Silane pottery time: spray pottery time (> 1-1.5 min), immersion pottery time (> 2-3 min) and pure immersion time (> 4-5 min).
