The function of heat transfer medium and the performance of moisture-proof, dust-proof, corrosion-proof and shock-proof. Suitable for microwave communication, microwave transmission equipment, microwave special power supply, stabilized power supply and other microwave device surface coating or overall potting. Such silicon materials provide excellent thermal conductivity for electronic components that generate heat.
