The method is similar to the cohydrolytic reduction method, but the terminating agent is hexamethyldisiloxane (MM). Firstly, methylhydrodichlorosilane and MM were added to the reaction kettle to form the mixture, then concentrated sulfuric acid was added and stirred for a period of time, then water was added slowly for catalytic equilibrium reaction, and then stratified statically, the upper product was washed to neutral, and the target product was obtained by vacuum distillation and filtration. Lu qi et al. mixed methylhydrodichlorosilane and MM evenly and slowly added a certain amount of water. After controlling the drop acceleration of the water, decolorization and filtration were completed to obtain the product with active hydrogen mass fraction ≥ 1.58% and viscosity 15.00 ~ 40.00 MM/s at 25clC. This method can not only save energy, but also improve product quality.
