Application of organosilicon defoamer


Organosilicon defoamer has excellent defoaming and anti foaming properties. It can be added or used as a foam inhibitor in the product after foam production. According to different usage systems, the amount of defoamer can be 10~1000ppm, and the best addition amount is determined by the customers according to the specific conditions.


Silicone defoamer products can be used directly or diluted. If the foaming system can be fully agitated and dispersed, it can be added directly without dilution. If dilution is required, it should be done according to the method of dilution in the annex. It is not advisable to dilute the product directly with water, which is prone to delamination and demulsification, thus affecting the quality of the product. Defoamer manufacturers are not liable for the consequences of direct dilution of water or other incorrect methods of processing or using products.


Storage and transportation packaging:


Packaging: This product is packed in 50KG, 120KG and 200KG plastic barrels.


Storage: This product is not dangerous, harmless, non-flammable, sealed and stored in a cool, ventilated, dry place indoors. Before use, the container should be sealed strictly after each use. The shelf life is about 12 months.


Transportation: This product should be well sealed in transportation, moisture-proof, strong alkali, strong acid and rain-proof impurities mixed.
