With the deepening of intelligent construction and the adjustment of the strategy of Huaibei Mining clean coal, the number of raw coal to be washed, the complexity of washing process, the three-level linkage assessment of coal quality and the continuous increase of management and control of operating cost in the plant. As the quality core of coal preparation production, the difficulty of work can be imagined. The increase of any link such as medium consumption and oil consumption in coal preparation production will increase the tons of coal in the enterprise Processing cost and affect product quality sales. The separation of flotation fine coal ash is high, and the phenomenon of "back ash" of heavy medium fine coal is serious, which has a great impact on the yield of clean coal. The plant Department decided to carry out the re washing test of flotation three or four room clean coal.
There is no time to wait for the quality of coal preparation. He led the technical team to work out the test plan overnight, and took samples on site. It was 3:00 a.m. when the data results were obtained from the test. Because of a small error in the test, the team members said, "otherwise, it will have little impact on the test results, and we will do it tomorrow.". But dedicated and responsible, he said, no, this last group must do it again! It is with this kind of working attitude of being conscientious and responsible for the quality of coal preparation that more than 500 test data have been ensured to be true and accurate through repeated tests, and the advantages of three or four chambers of clean coal re washing have been verified with reliable test results. Lead the technical QC team to solve the new problems encountered in production through brainstorming and technical consultation. Through QC, the problems of poor flotation effect in the back three rooms of No.3 flotation machine in the east area and coal running of tailings were solved successively. The ash content of tailings was increased by 1-2%, and the oil consumption of flotation was reduced by 0.01% About kg / T of raw coal; after the transformation of slurry preparation atomizer and flotation oil adding pipe, the yield of floating refined coal increased by 0.93%, with an annual benefit of more than 1 million yuan; the problem of low qualified rate of refined coal outward transportation was effectively solved, and the qualified rate of western area refined coal outward transportation increased by 0.58%, with an annual benefit of more than 1.9 million yuan. This QC achievement won the special prize of QC in 2016 of the group company.
