Since stepping into Jiangda campus in 2014, Li Xue has always been busy in all kinds of student activities. Li Xue is strict with herself in her daily study and life, and insists on setting an example for her classmates. She studied hard and conscientiously, studied theoretical knowledge, ranked first in the comprehensive test for many times when she was a undergraduate, ranked first in the major of the first year of postgraduate professional course results, and ranked second in the comprehensive evaluation major, and published an EI journal paper, and another CSCD journal paper entered the final stage. In addition to working hard in theoretical research, Li Xue also seizes all opportunities to participate in practical competitions and blooms brilliantly in the field of fashion. Jiangsu is a province with developed textile and garment industry in China. As early as the Neolithic age more than 5000 years ago, the ancestors of Jiangsu began to make clothes by hand. After the founding of new China, Jiangsu's textile and garment industry has developed rapidly, especially since the reform and opening up. Textile and garment enterprises are located in urban and rural areas of the province, and have a considerable scale of industrial system. They are not only the pillar industry of Jiangsu, but also the main textile and garment production base of the country. Li Xue, a graduate student, is no longer limited to simple fashion design, but is based on the industry, doing more innovative work that serves the development of enterprises and helps to upgrade the industry. The release of industrial report can provide strong support and direction guidance for industrial development. In the middle of 2019, under the guidance of Professor Shen Lei and with Li Xue as the project leader, the research team launched a research on the school uniform market, and completed more than 30000 words of In the white paper of China's school uniform industry in 2019, Li Xue led the students to go to many places for field research, multi department communication and interview, visited many school uniform enterprises, deeply understood the core pain points of the industry, explored the problems and put forward suggestions for improvement. Finally, the completion of the white paper brings more thinking to the Chinese school uniform industry and becomes an important vane for enterprises and managers in all sectors of the industry. The white paper of China's school uniform industry in 2019 will also be included in the report on the development of China's garment industry in 2019-2020 issued by China Garment Association. The development and progress of garment enterprises cannot be separated from transformation and upgrading. Only by grasping the trend of the times, can they become bigger and stronger. Innovation is an important part of enterprise development, and the strength of scientific research team from universities has become a strong support for enterprise innovation. Li Xue, a graduate student, has provided professional support for many clothing enterprises in Jiangsu Province during her study, including product design for Zara, HM and other international fast-moving clothing, product planning for red Shirley and Lin Shanshan of top flow network, and a variety of design works have brought good benefits and influence for clothing enterprises. In addition to product design, brand channel transformation is also a pain point for the development of garment enterprises in recent two years. Li Xue conducted a large number of case studies and data analysis to summarize the transformation ideas in various situations. After finishing the system conclusion and writing the paper, he transformed the theory into practice and led the project team members to provide excellent new media channels for Jiangsu Yalu group Solutions to create value for enterprises to achieve breakthroughs. In early 2020, novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreaks occurred, and the sales channels under clothing enterprises were almost stopped. Under the guidance of her tutor, Li Xue kept a high degree of attention to the industry, put forward relevant suggestions and measures in the aspects of production transfer, resumption of work, channel expansion, etc. of clothing enterprises, which were adopted by enterprises, effectively alleviated the pressure of enterprises during the epidemic period. Finally, Li Xue also integrated this practice into the paper "wechat marketing strategy of clothing brands when offline channels are blocked". In addition, under the guidance of her tutor, Li Xue and her classmates have served dozens of Jiangsu clothing enterprises based on the Jiangsu clothing collaborative innovation platform. Li Xue, a design major, has a strong love for "Craftsmanship". During her undergraduate years, she liked to collect various hand fashion products, visited artisans, created official account records and publicized the birth process of these artistic hand works. After the accumulation of time, Li Xue gradually developed the idea of creating a fashion platform to gather these hand-made fashion products and share them with young people who love fashion and crafts. At the beginning, she had no experience or team. She collected products, took photos and wrote manuscripts by herself, and designed and operated with the professional knowledge she learned in school and some books and tutorials. With the accumulation of experience and the expansion of team members, Li Xue's team has gone through the process of model transformation, brand building, trademark registration and so on. Step by step, it has hatched into a fashion life hall for young women -- osholynne fashion studio. The studio covers online operation, product design, photography, art and other aspects of fashion work, aiming to create a cultural leisure fashion creative brand integrating fashion customization and life experience. Since its establishment in 2018, the brand osholynne has launched a series of cultural and creative products. Its online fans have grown to more than 100000 people. The first category of original design lipstick box appeared in the country, and its sales volume is more than 13000 in a single year, up 270% on the same rate. At the same time, due to its unique design style and niche product series, osholynne brand was invited by Taobao to become the fashion shop of IFashion platform. Li Xue's adventure has just begun, and the start-up team will face more and more challenges. It remains to be seen how the road of entrepreneurship in the future will go.
