Notice on the recruitment of financial assistant for scientific research by coal and rock fracturing research group of State Key Laboratory of coal resources and safe mining
Due to the needs of the work, through research, the coal and rock fracturing research group of the State Key Laboratory of coal resources and safe mining plans to recruit one financial assistant for scientific research, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Position name and quantity: 1 financial assistant for scientific research
2、 Responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for the daily affairs and management related to the project of the research group; 2. Be responsible for the financial reimbursement of the business trip, procurement and daily office expenses of the teachers and students of the research group; 3. Assist the teachers and students in the scientific research related work, including the printing, sealing and mailing of the scientific research report, the filing and sorting of laboratory data, the coordination and contact of experimental testing, and the processing of experimental data; 4. Complete Other tasks assigned by the research group.
3、 Application conditions: 1. Bachelor degree or above; 2. Proficient in office software; 3. Good organization and coordination ability, communication and expression ability; 4. Good ideological quality, good conduct, strong collective concept, dedication and service awareness; 5. Experience in scientific research assistant is preferred.
