Due to the needs of work, Jiangsu mine intelligent mining equipment collaborative innovation center plans to open recruitment of one temporary auxiliary post personnel to undertake the daily work of the office, and the relevant matters are reported as follows:
1、 Position and position nature
Position: management assistant position
Nature: labor dispatch personnel
2、 Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for the daily affairs and management of the central office;
2. To be responsible for the collection, sorting and classification of the center's archives;
3. To be responsible for foreign exchange and reception, and to assist the leaders of the center to do a good job in the communication and exchange of collaborative units and the academic conferences held;
4. Responsible for the construction, management and information release of the center's website;
5. Assist the center leader in the annual report and assessment and acceptance during the construction period;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders of the center.
3、 Application conditions
1. He has high ideological and political quality, loves the motherland, abides by disciplines and laws, has strong sense of career and responsibility, is honest and trustworthy, works steadily and conscientiously, and has good professional ethics.
2. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, with certain organization management, word processing and oral expression ability, and familiar with common office software.
3. Male, physical and mental health, competent for the job requirements, more business trips, age no more than 35 years old.
