Product introduction:

This product is made of imported fatty alcohol as the main material and grafted with polyether. It contains a small amount of modified polysiloxane. It is specially designed for the white water defoaming in the papermaking process of the paper industry. It has strong antifoaming white water. The function can quickly remove the fine bubbles entrained between the fibers, eliminate the large bubbles on the water surface, eliminate the influence of the bubbles on the process, avoid the formation of holes, and reduce the paper break. This series of products also has a strong anti-foaming effect on resin compounds, polymer compounds, etc. In addition to the papermaking process, it also applies an emulsion of polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution, styrene-acrylic acid, pure acrylic, etc., rosin rubber sizing. The defoaming effect of additives and the like is obvious, and since it contains a very small amount of modified silicone, it is more suitable for papermaking of AKD neutral sizing.

How to use：

The product can be directly injected into the foaming system, or can be used after dilution. When the foaming agent is added to the foaming system in advance, attention should be paid to the compatibility with the system.

Usage: About 200g per ton of dry paper.

25kg, 50kg, 200kg plastic drums and 200kg inner coated iron drums.

Storage and transportation:

It is suitable for storage at room temperature. Do not place it near the heat source. Do not expose it to sunlight. Do not add acid, alkali or salt to the defoamer. After dilution with water, it can not be stored for a long time. It will not be stratified within one year. If it exceeds this period, there will be delamination and demulsification. It can be stirred evenly before use, and it will not be affected by the use effect. It will be transported as non-dangerous goods.
